ABOUT US
Wailea Canoe Club is a member of the Maui County Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association and Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association. We participate in the annual regatta events, annual distance season races in Hawaii. Wailea has also traveled overseas and competed in both national and international races.
MISSION AND GOALS
Wailea Canoe Club strives to provide the finest paddling experience for all members of the community in hopes to revive, perpetuate and promote Hawaiian Culture through the promotion of competitive and recreational Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Paddling for youths, their families and the community. The club aims to provide an environment rooted in Hawaiian values that promote leadership, character development and personal growth while fostering a sense of belonging and support amongst its members, Ohana.
